A vinyasa style class structured around traditional sun salutations. We focus on building heat and energy by moving dynamically with breath. This is an energizing flow and you can expect backbends.
A hatha yoga class that focuses on the core using a combination of standing, and floor postures as well as dynamic movement. This class builds strength, flexibility, balance and stamina.
A 90-minute class that focuses on passive postures and long holds. Props are encouraged if you have them available (pillow, blanket, block) but not necessary. Established yoga practice is suggested.
A dynamic practice with some longer holds. This class focuses energy inwards and downwards, creating stability closer to the earth. You can expect lunges and squats.
A community meditation. Please bring any props you need for your most comfortable seat or resting position. Majority of this class will be meditation but you may expect some breath work and light movement. Always free.
This hatha class is focused on the education of how yoga can help us recover from negative and addictive thinking and behavior.
